Josh from the service department was very nice and welcoming ...i had the 10,000 mile check up on my Bronco and it was comfortable in the waiting room while it was being serviced. It was quicker than I thought it would be and all went well.

Even though Sheridan Ford was outside of the distance requirements for my warranty company, they were willing to work with them and went above and beyond to help make it happen.

Just a quick oil change, the shuttle service is a major plus.
A very good experience—they were very friendly and eager to help achieve the best result.
A 3% surcharge for credit card use was not the way to treat a new or existing customer. I’ve never had a repair company charge me to pay them. This should be noted verbally and pointed out prior to signing and approving the work, not when picking up the vehicle.
A little disappointed. The employees were great! Very friendly. Maybe it's me but two hours for an oil change seems excessive. Especially when we were the only ones in the waiting room. The other complaint is the greasy floor mat I had to wash afterwards. They did do a good job though.

This was my 2nd oil change with Sheridan Ford. When I arrived no one really greeted me or told me they’d be with me shortly. I just stood there and waited. This happened with my first experience too. Overall I had a good experience. The paperwork said they checked fluids but my windshield wiper fluid light came on after my first oil change. I had to fill it will 1 1/2 gallons on fluid. My car is brand new and just purchased in 8/2025. I thought this would be full.

I recently purchased a used mustang and bought it to Sheridan Ford for an oil change. Not only did they change my oil, they send me a very detailed video of the tech inspecting my car. Good job Sheridan, I will be returning in the future.
The employees here are professional and helpful. I asked a man here to install a dash camera for me, and he did a super great job.
However, the phone services are a little bit disappointing, as sometimes there’s nobody answering my call in the opening time. Also, the website is not useful at all, because I can’t directly schedule an appointment via the webpage. To schedule it, I have to make a phone call, and even come to Sheridan in person when nobody answers my call.

I enjoyed the free shuttle service so I could wait comfortably at home while they examined my vehicle. In my case, since they could not find the source/evidence of the issue I initially reported (trouble with AC unit that apparently "fixed" itself), I was not charged anything. Thanks Sheridan for treating me fair and square!
