Sheridan Ford provides excellent service. I came in for a routine oil change and inspection and the staff was very helpful in setting my appointment and getting me out as promptly as possible. Tara did a great job reaching out to me in advance of my appointment to let me know they were expecting a busy day of customers.

I had a chance to experience their service department today. They were extremely accommodating and helped fix a problem in one day that other dealers told me would take weeks to fix. This is certainly the kind of experience and service that you would like to have from every car dealer. Special kudos to Tara in the service department for handling this problem for me.

Always get great service. Team is extremely courteous and helpful. One little blip. On the Ford F250, when they put my tires on, they only put 60 lbs of air in. I was at the top of the Delaware Memorial Bridge when my air pressure light went off as I left the dealer & went straight to work. The front tires require 75 lbs & the back tires require 80 lbs. Everything else was great work!
