I went there the other day to fix a recall. The manager was very welcoming and wanted to fix my recall without a fight. On the other hand, one of the men in the front told me things that weren't the same as what they told me on the phone and I got angry and asked for the manager and the manager assured me and made me feel better enough to want to do it.

I had ordered an accessory from Ford online and had Sheridan Ford install. When I set up the appointment was told it could take approx 2 hours since appt was for 1130 and that ran into lunch times. When I arrived was told probably an hour so I decided to wait. I was surprised that in a little less than 30 min my vehicle was ready.

Just bought my 2nd Bronco Sport Nate sales rep, Joe manager and Brandon in finance were so great, my dog was with me and I went in to see some cars on the lot and left with a new Bronco.

I've taken my Nissans to Sharidan Auto a few times now. Have always received professional, courteous service. The body work has always been impeccable!

I had a great experience last Saturday buying a car at Sheridan Ford on Kirkwood Highway. I stopped at another dealership first and found it I’ll prepared. There was only one salesman there. Walking through the door I was greeted by Kyle. He asked me what I was looking for and he put me in the hands of Dave Hernandez. Dave focused on on my criteria and we quickly got to an agreement. Dave turned me over to the finance guy and he was helpful. He found a way to make it work within my budget. Kile came back into the process and helped make the deal. I drove home that afternoon. Great customer experience they really went out of their way to give me the best deal possible and work on everything I was looking to do when purchasing my new pick up truck thanks to Kyle and Sam for all their hard work putting this deal together turned out great.

By far the best car buying experience I have had! Our salesperson Nate was fantastic to work with and made the process easy. He even drive the car to our house for my wife to test drive and came back again to deliver the car. Brandon in the finance department was also great and very helpful. This will be our first stop when we are ready to upgrade our other car.

Great service very pricey, but great service

I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership for starters they misquoted the interest rate and monthly payment to my elderly father just because they could they forced him to sign and confirm the deal because of “availability” just so he wouldn’t have a chance to think it over or contact me, this dealership practices unethical strategy’s and while we got a nice car I would not recommend getting a car from here! Not to mention they gave my father a 9% rate when he has a 800+ credit score through their partner take your business elsewhere people !

Within minutes of my husband contacting Sheridan Ford about my dream Bronco (2025 Ford Bronco Heritage edition in robins egg blue), Nick sent me a personal video of my Bronco to give us a tour and show us it was there and available. We had multiple issues of dealers saying they had it and then coming back later confirming that it was still in the process of being shipped. Our local dealer was also unable to get their hands on one of these for us. Nick’s video was a big win and made me want to do business with him. He was very attentive, responsive, and patient over the next few days while I was away teaching a yoga retreat and making plans to finalize my purchase and go to Delaware to meet him and pick up the Bronco. Nick met me at the train station and took me to Sheridan to finalize paperwork. Sheridan also gave me an exceptional offer on a Ford extended warranty. I really appreciate all of Nick’s and Sheridan’s efforts in getting me into my beautiful Bronco. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and my purchase experience. Thanks so much!

Love the fact that they still offer at home test drives! Did a lot of the leg work via text, which works for me as a busy mom. Everyone was kind, prompt and helpful from the salesman, to the finance team and manager. So far, I'm happy with my decision to get a Ford as the car has exceeded my expectations.

I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the time I got arrived to see if they could fix the sunshade on my 2021 Ford Explorer. I was told that my repair would be over $2K, even though I purchased a warranty when I bought my car. My service advisor repeatedly told me that my warranty "probably wouldn't cover" the repair because she's seen it before. She explained how I'd need to put down $850 for them to start the repair. I told her the I wanted her to at least try to see if my warranty covered it. She checked and it was covered. She told me my car would need to stay and I asked for a loaner. She said they don't have loaners, but she realized my warranty includedrental car coverage. When I got the to drop off my car, my service advisor wasn't there. I waited for several minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. When the older gentleman finally acknowledged me, he seemed to be frustrated. I asked if they had my rental and he just said he didn't know. I told him my service advisor told me she'd have one and I couldn't leave my car there without transportation. The seemed to upset him and he asked the manager, Duane, for the keys. The manager came out and looked for a second. Then he helped the lady behind me and got her a loaner (which I didn't think they gave out according to my service advisor). The older gentleman proceeded to say he sent my service advisor a text and how she shouldn't have scheduled me to come on that day if she wasn't going to be there. The repair was done the very next day, which was great. I got there, paid and no one explained what was fixed or mentioned the warranty. I inquired about the warranty. I didn't see my car, so I asked where it was and she told me to go outside and push the panic button. She said if I couldn't find it to come back in. Why would I have to do all of that? Of course, my car wasn't near us and I had to go in to have one of the other workers find it. Last thing..my sunroof shade is a very light color. There are dirty fingerprints all over it. I went to tell my advisor and she said someone can clean it. I didn't have time to wait and she said I can come back. Why would they give me my car back like that? A drill bit fell out and hit me on my face when I was driving and opened the sunroof that someone must've left m there. They seriously need to follow the lead of Porter Ford when it comes to service.

Great customer and vehicle service. Highly recommend. Slid in there with an 08’ Ford Fusion, yes, slid because my vehicle’s engine stopped. Left with a 21’ Kia Sportage. I was disappointed that I couldn’t remain a Ford girl, I do miss my 08 - sentimental value. However, Nick, Derrick, and Brandon made the transition smooth. Go, See, Joe 😉 Thank you!

I recently purchased a 2024 Mustang GT Premium from Sheridan Ford. My Salesman, Gary Ford, and the Sales Manager, Kyle Smith, both assisted in making buying experience a NO STRESS experience. Unlike many horror stories you hear about car dealers, Sheridan Ford did not try to pressure me into the purchase at all. The numbers we discussed and agreed upon did not change at all when it came time to sign on the dotted line. Thank you again Gary and Kyle for a wonderful experience.

While it took a bit longer than expected (and a few back-and-forths) to get the repairs done on our Escape, in the end the issue was finally resolved and we're back to having a functional vehicle. We had a few issues with communication with the office (as others have experienced and mentioned) but once we connected with our tech, Dave, the process was a complete 180. We were kept informed of what was going on, expected time frames, part deliveries, and even his above-and-beyond attempts to validate our concerns, properly diagnose the issue and get us back on the road again. His attention to detail and care truly changed our mind about this experience/service center, and we're incredibly grateful for his help.

Polite staff and great service. Rodney and Josh were very welcoming. I needed a master key cut and programed. The technician did a great job and got it done quickly.

I had a very positive experience. The sales person met the price I was asking for, and then there was no hassle in finance getting the interest rate I knew I qualified for. It was one of the better car-buying experiences I’ve had.

Hand to god I will never shop for a car anywhere else again. I have never liked car dealers they always rush you and push you and hound you. The second I walked into this dealership Nate introduced himself and treated me like a person not a paycheck that guy is on a whole new level. He jokes around and treats you like a normal person I asked about a couple cars within minutes I was test driving a 5.0 mustang. I got some numbers went a shopped around some more as soon as my wife got home I got her in the car we went back Nate he showed her all the features and her and I took it for a drive she loved it. I made a deal with Nate at 8pm he had the tank filled and car detailed the very next morning and I do not regret it at all. I will forever buy from Nate lol if he goes to another dealership I’ll be shopping there. Nate see you next year when we buy a new truck!!

Nick Kelly was so helpful answered all of my questions honestly and got me the numbers I needed. Zero hastle and wait.

They were fast and friendly, and they provide a comfortable environment for you to wait for your car to be ready. Will be my go-to for future maintenance and repair.

I had a great experience buying a new ford lightening. The process was easy, straightforward and quick. It was also a great deal versus other dealerships.

I’ve always had pretty positive experiences with the Sheridan Service team. They are reasonably priced considering the tech and complexity involved with today’s automobiles. Recently I had tires put on my truck and Josh M from service was excellent to work with. There were some snags but he communicated well and was honest about the process. Ultimately, things got delayed but he kept me informed and delivered my truck to my door. I’ve had great experience with him, John in service, and the Sheridan Service team!
