I had some issues following a recent A/C repair, but Duane Hill was incredibly professional, pleasant, and helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond to ensure the issues were resolved, made sure I had a loaner vehicle available, and kept me informed with great communication. I truly appreciate the effort and excellent customer service!
I generally dislike the car buying experience - this one was different. I purchased a used Tacoma from Sheridan. Was it the cheapest deal? Nope, but it certainly was painless. We came to a fair agreement, no hidden nonsense you might find elsewhere. Jef Raunigk and Brandon Price were excellent - knowledgeable, fair, and straight forward. I drove 80 miles to get here, and might just do it again in the future to work with these guys. 10/10
Everyone was super nice and helpful when my car unexpectedly had an issue and needed to be towed there. They were able to look at my car, insert the new battery, and get the car back within an hour or so. Great experience for the unfortunate circumstance.

One of the easiest experiences buying a vehicle. No back and forth. They presented their first offer which was extremely competitive and aggressive. They accepted my counter. Financing was also easy. Secured a better rate than I could find on my own. Zero pushing add-ons. They were offered and declined. They moved on. By far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Sheridan Ford was great with taking my car on short notice when a stone got stuck between a wheel and the brake. They provided a very detailed description of what they found and what repairs were needed.

Josh from the service department was very nice and welcoming ...i had the 10,000 mile check up on my Bronco and it was comfortable in the waiting room while it was being serviced. It was quicker than I thought it would be and all went well.
