Sheridan Ford – Love it or Exchange it Policy

Thank you for choosing Sheridan Ford. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your vehicle purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may exchange your vehicle within 72 hours of purchase according to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Policy Overview:
You may exchange your purchased vehicle within 72 hours of the original purchase date.
The exchange must be for a vehicle currently in stock at Sheridan Ford.
The vehicle selected for the exchange must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase price.
Any price difference between the original and exchanged vehicle must be paid at the time of the exchange.

Exclusions:
Specialty vehicles (as defined by Sheridan Ford).
Electric vehicles that qualify for the IRS Clean Vehicle Rebate.

Conditions:
The original vehicle must be in like-new condition with no more than 150 driven since purchase.
Any damages or modifications made to the original vehicle will void this policy.
The original vehicle must not have been involved in any accidents or have any significant wear and tear.

Process:
Return the vehicle to Sheridan Ford within the 72-hour window.
The vehicle will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
Select an in-stock vehicle of equal or greater value.
Pay any price difference and sign new purchase documents.
