Visit Sheridan Ford to learn more about the 2019 Ford Fusion. The 2019 Fusion and the 2019 Honda Accord share many similarities, but we think you’ll find the Ford sedan more affordable (starting MSRP $22,840 vs. $27,470 for the Honda) and having more standard features.

  • Intelligent All-Wheel Drive
  • 12-Speaker Audio System
  • Ford Co-Pilot360™
  • Electric Power-Assisted Technology

Capability

The Ford Fusion also features Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, depending on the trim level you choose. All-Wheel Drive allows you to take on any road, whether it rains or snows, with maximum traction need.

The 2019 Fusion is equipped with Electric Power-Assisted Steering (EPAS). EPAS automatically adjusts to high speeds or low speeds to deliver the precise feel and control you need. EPAS features drift control and active nibble control. Drift control detects road conditions – such as a crowned road surface or crosswinds. Active nibble control uses the EPAS motor to reduce unwanted vibrations in the steering wheel. EPAS adjusts both automatically to provide you the right amount of precision, control and smooth handling.

Technology

The 2019 Ford Fusion offers Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ compatibility, and a 12-speaker Sony® audio system to hear the best sound of your favorite music, audiobook or podcast.

FordPass Connect™ turns the 2019 Fusion into an in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot, allowing up to 10 devices to connect from up to 50 feet outside of the vehicle.

The 2019 Ford Fusion also features Ford Co-Pilot360™, a suite of technologies that provide assistance while driving, such as:

  • Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)— a system that applies the brakes to avoid slower vehicles ahead
  • BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System) — alerts driver of vehicles in their blind spot
  • Lane-Keeping System — helps driver stay in their lane
  • Rear view camera — allows driver to see what’s behind them while reversing
  • Automatic high-beam lighting

Other Features

Both sedans have an available hybrid option. However, the Ford Fusion also offers the Energi plug-in hybrid option, and the Accord does not have a plug-in option. The plug-in option allows you to charge the vehicle and drive it on electricity alone.

The 2019 Fusion also features a remote start system, that easily allows you to start your car and allow it to adjust to the outside temperature so you’re comfortable upon entering the Fusion. On a rainy day, the 2019 Fusion’s wipers automatically turn on due to the rain sensitive wipers.
