The 2019 Ford Super Duty truck series is stronger than ever before. Be on the lookout for the Ford Super Duty at Sheridan Ford. The 2019 Super Duty defines what it means to be built Ford tough.

Durable and Capable

The 2019 Ford Super Duty was built to withstand the test of time. The body is the only in its class* with a high strength, military-grade, aluminum-alloy body. The frame is built with 95% high strength steel. It has a best in class* payload of 7,640 lbs.

The new Super Duty has a class* exclusive solid front axle (only on 4×4 models) that provides great strength and the ability for great weight-bearing capability, like attaching a snow plow to the front.

The 2019 Super Duty has best in class* conventional towing (when equipped with the 6.7-L diesel engine) of 21,000 lbs. The 2019 Super Duty also offers 5th-wheel and gooseneck towing (best in class*) on 4×4 models. Tow up to 27,500 lbs. with 5th-wheel towing or up to 35,000 lbs. with gooseneck towing.

Drive with more confidence with AdvanceTrac® with RSC® (Roll Stability Control) and Trailer Sway Control. This is available on models with both single rear wheels and dual rear wheels. This feature uses gyroscopic sensors and applies a combination of engine power and selective wheel braking to help maintain control and stability of both the Super Duty and a trailer in tow.

Additionally, if you have a trailer in tow, trailer Reverse Guidance gives you a clear view of where the trailer is going. This will help you guide it where you need it.

The 2019 Ford Super Duty can be equipped with one of two engine options. The 6.2-L Flex Fuel Gas V8 engine delivers 385 HP and 430 lb.-ft. of torque. The 6.7-L Power Stroke® Turbo Diesel V8 engine delivers 450 HP and 935 lb.-ft. of torque.

The diesel option also has available diesel engine exhaust braking. This is a driver-activated engine exhaust brake that restricts the turbocharger’s exhaust flow to generate pressure in the back to slow the vehicle down as a way to provide more control when driving downhill.

Other available features for the 2019 Ford Super Duty include:

  • Tire Pressure Monitoring (for both the truck and a trailer in tow)
  • Adaptive Steering
  • Adaptive Cruise Control with Collision Warning
  • BLIS® with Cross Traffic Alert
  • SYNC® 3
  • FordPass™ Connect
  • Rear Seat Storage (in Crew Cab models) and Flat Load Floor
  • BoxLink™ with LED Box Lighting
  • Remote Tailgate Release

The 2019 Ford Super Duty was built to work hard in any condition. It has been tested in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to 120 degrees, in gravel, dust, water and mud. Check it out at Sheridan Ford in 2019.
